Aerotek Painter in Anoka, Minnesota
Description :
Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, painting operations to established standards.
Process is easily repeatable, requiring a low amount of troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks.
Follows pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans and priorities as set by the supervisor
Understands continuous improvement opportunities of paint processes.
Maintains paint equipment in good operating order.
Train in the paint booth to lean powder coat painting.
This is a manufactory facility and is not air conditioned, will get hot in the summer. Very nice lighting with sky lights and high ceilings. Spacious work environment and it is a very team oriented environment. Paint suits are air conditioned!! So this is the nicest position to be in, in the shop during hot summer days!
Hours/Starting Pay Range :
1 st Shift: 5:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday. Mandatory 10 hrs of OT on Friday when posted
Expect 50 hr work weeks during their busy weeks
$21-$25/hr depending interview, experience
