Nvent Management Company Inside Sales Service Support Representative in Anoka, Minnesota

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Provide complex technical application assistance to identify modified and engineered solutions based on customer specification and application requirements Issue complex quotes based on customer specification, application requirements, costing and manufacturability Provide support for specific sales territories as a main contact Manage key accounts which includes collaborating with multiple functional areas to resolve quality issues, proactively communicating with customers and resolving conflicts to ensure customers' expectations are met Lead special project assignments as required Identify complex and custom components to assist customers in part replacements Maintain high level of performance by meeting team key performance indicator (KPI) goals May process all incoming orders via fax, electronic, phone Work with sales, marketing, production, shipping and other operating functions regarding product, delivery or service matters Manage scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed Provide training/mentoring for Customer Service Reps and Application Specialists and Sales as required YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Ideally 2+ years of technical customer service experience in a busy manufacturing environment Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge in manufacturing processes an asset Knowledge in technical aspects of product as well as of product specifications and offerings a bonus Ability to read and interpret product drawings a plus Experience with JD Edwards ERP, Salesforce Service Cloud and CPQ software beneficial WE HAVE: A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day At nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
