The position is for a proposal coordinator who will help lead and support internal business units when pursuing business development through competitive procurements. The position will also fill a role of administrative support to senior leadership in a variety of tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers proposal development and support from pre-procurement through post-award.
Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
Tracks all proposal responses.
Directs the production of final proposals.
Assures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned
Proposal, contract and other documents in-person, electronic DocuSign signature support
Scheduling and calendar management
Senior Management support
Schedule and support for senior management team meetings
Required Skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.
Extreme attention to detail.

Qualifications
Educations: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in a communications or procurement related field preferred. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat preferred. Knowledge of and certification with APMP a plus.

Additional Job Description
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $57,000 - $67,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
