As a Content Management Associate , you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our online and digital content. You'll be responsible for basic tasks such as writing and proofreading content, coordinating with team members, and assisting in content strategy development. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are passionate about content creation and eager to learn and grow within the field.

You will report to the Manager, Content Management and work from your remote home office.

Responsibilities:

• Write and proofread original web content.

• Edit and format content created by others.

• Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Assist in implementing content strategies.

• Upload and manage digital content in the content management system (CMS).

• Conduct basic keyword research for SEO purposes.

• Monitor website content for accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in the creation of content schedules.

• Perform basic analytics on content performance.

• Support team members in various content-related projects.

Skills:

• Content Writing: Ability to produce engaging and grammatically correct written content.

• Proofreading: Keen eye for detail to ensure content is error-free.

• Content Management System (CMS): Basic knowledge of CMS tools for content uploading and management.

• SEO Basics: Understanding of fundamental SEO principles for content optimization.

• Collaboration: Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.

• Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Basic Analytics: Capability to perform simple content performance analysis.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different content requirements.
