TS/SCI CI poly required.
Position Description:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
Interpret requests from customers and schedule their conference using Cisco conferencing configuration tools.
Modifies and adds endpoints/rooms to existing conferences
Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes
Schedules VTC calls for global customer base
Performs VTC resource conflict resolution
Coordinates resource availability with conference participants

Education/Experience:
HS or GED plus 5 Years (or)
