We are currently looking to hire a Senior Network Security Systems Administrator who can provide support to Network Security Boundaries including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for the network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, load balancers, etc. In this role you will work closely with technical and government teams and communicate heavily with agency management and internal customers.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution

• Provide support for hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process

• Install/load operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance

  Requirements:

• Experience managing the daily activities of configuration and operation of Information Technology Network Security Boundaries

• Experienced analyzing and resolving complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration

• Experience providing detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets

• Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Network Security Boundary Architecture

• Experience supporting the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware

• Experience optimizing system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Network Security Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions

• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level III AND three (3) of the following vendor certifications:

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)

• Sonicwall Network Security Administrator (SNSA)

• Sonicwall Network Security Professional (SNSP)

• Blue Coat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCCPA)

• Cisco CCNA or higher

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university OR Twenty (20) years of Network Security Systems Administrator experience

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
