TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.
TKO is seeking a Senior Systems/Software Engineer to support the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of cyber threat intelligence. The engineer will provide team and technical leadership for a system administration team that supports a portfolio of projects under CIT. Experience with administrating environments in OpenShift, Docker or Kubernetes required. The successful candidate will interface with customers, provide report update on team efforts, participate in technical discussions, including recertification discussions.

• Experience with administrating environments in OpenShift, Docker or Kubernetes
• Strong communication, ability to lead a team
Basic Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 20 years or more of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master’s degree or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.
Required Skills:
• Software design concepts/development experience, and strong problem solving skills
• Experience with administrating environments in OpenShift, Docker or Kubernetes
• Strong communication, ability to lead a team
• Development and/or CSD experience is needed

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
