Belay Technologies Mid System Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid Systems Engineer to join our intel team. The Contractor shall provide "hands-on" technical and program management support for the design, integration, documentation, training, sustainment, and deployments for mission customer to be performed in compliance with program architecture.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Technical bachelor's degree + fourteen (14) years of experience
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
Analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and system architectures to develop system requirements specification and ultimately lead design and development activities
Guiding users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations
Developing technical documentation
Developing System Architecture and system design
Preparing system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
Comfortable interacting with customer regarding system engineering technical considerations
