The Business Support Specialist shall be responsible for providing administrative services to assist in the following: extensive record keeping, management of documents, scheduling clients for appointments, overseeing the direction of patients or applicants, employees, and contractors through various processes, filing of confidential evaluations, data entry of quality control metrics, answering clients' inquiries, and organizing libraries of information.
Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required to be considered
Assist with coordination and preparation of workshops and seminars
Type memos, letters and reports
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases
Lift and prepare boxes of records weighing up to 30lbs Maintain record filling system
Schedule client appointments
Assist with webpage updates Administer and proctor tests File records
Enter data of quality control metrics
High School diploma
3 years of experience with Microsoft Word
2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and database entry
3 years of experience performing general office work
Knowledge of medical and psychological terminology
