Sartorius North America Sales Support Specialist in Ann Arbor, Michigan

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure system efficiency of resources and features, along with other integrated tools. As the position holder, you will work to support Sales teams to coordinate administrative tasks, samples and demo.

This is a hybrid position located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and the incumbent is required to live within a commutable distance.

What you will accomplish together with us Collaborate with Sales Reps / Specialists Responding to requests in terms of quality questionnaires and certificates Maintaining and providing accurate price list, including customized prices Prepare documents and collect information for tender submissions Manage the license community; including user roles, profiles, security, assignments, account ownership, etc. Take responsibility for data integrity of sales management data (e.g. integrity, cleanliness, accuracy of data) Support in the development and creation of reports, custom report types, dashboards and processes Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations and related materials Conduct trainings to drive user adoption and ensure sales processes are implemented and followed Participate in continuous improvement exercises Managing demos and samples, including tracking and follow-up to ensure demos are completed and samples are utilized Assist in the maintenance of customer data in the SAP and CRM

What will convince us Bachelors degree in relevant field or minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales or support roles Experience with both Salesforce.com and SAP CRM preferred Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change Analytical, takes a data-driven approach by default Good communication skills Experience supporting mobile tools deployments and administration Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
