TEKsystems Help Desk Support Representative in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Description: The Help Desk Representative will work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI for a client of ours!

  • Handle inbound regarding a number of technical related issues.

  • Remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems including proprietary software, as well as hardware and peripheral equipment.

  • Utilize chat/email/call in functions.

  • Support clients, printers, signage and basic network troubleshooting as well as multiple other areas of the business.
