This is a great opportunity to start your career in Global organisation with the famous brand! Please note that this is temporary position for 6 months contract with possibility of prolongation.
What you'll do:
Provide logistical and scheduling support for expert panels
Schedule meetings between agencies & BIC project requesters
Follow timelines for scheduled tests in panel trackers and follow up with requesters & agencies to make sure deadlines are hit
Order, ship & monitor products for panel training sessions
Communicate with agency to check for existing data
Update/monitor inventory files with agencies
Organize used products returned from panel testing
Find and organize files to assist with internal data requests
Search the panels databases for available reports on the requested topic/products/program
Organize and share links to relevant reports
Help troubleshoot with basic issues / support navigation
Assist with data management application systems
Upload project documents (briefs, product photos, product performance data, reports) across platforms (panels app, servers, Windchill, Teams)
Support DMA upgrades by cross-checking data in tool vs. excel files (for quality check), renaming files based on updates, stress testing application by clicking buttons to monitor for crashing
Support with new agency tendering process
Build files & folders on teams
Monitor timeline and reach out to agency as needed to make sure on track
Order, ship & monitor samples (BIC & competitive) for lexicon creation & panel trainings
Coordinate between lab and agency on product needs (e.g. number of heads and handles for system razors…)
Internal panel support
Support in internal panels tasks if a test is launching
Help with cleaning and uploading data into the KPI and analysis tool, review excel sheets to flag any outliers (cross-check data for inconsistencies)
What you'll bring to BIC:
Computer skills (required typing, file navigation, online order placement, email – and ideally basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideally experience dealing with data sets, studies in school related to technical disciplines (engineering and design, data analysis, statistics, research, data science/computing)
Organized and able to manage schedules, good attention to detail
Good communication skills in Greek and English
Able to perform light manual tasks like carrying boxes of razor shipments, sorting and packing
