Location: Andover, MN Wage: $21 - $27/hr. depending on experience Hours: 1st Shift, 5:15 am - 3:45 pm or 5:30 am 4 pm, Monday Thursday Benefits of the industrial painter: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee assistance and discount programs Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Referral program Duties of the industrial painter: Prepare and paint a variety of surfaces including steel, aluminum, and other metals Operate spray guns and other painting tools to apply coatings Perform quality checks to ensure paint application meets required standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals Troubleshoot painting equipment as needed Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols Requirements of the industrial painter: 1+ years of industrial painting experience Ability to push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Familiarity with spray painting tools and equipment Ability to work independently or with a team Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Additional Information: Apply today!
