ICP Group R&D Technician in Andover, Massachusetts

ICP Group is looking to hire a Lab Technician to support the R&D facility in Andover, MA. Andover specializes in water-based coating manufacturing with the majority of its volume made up of tennis court coatings and architectural coatings. You will work in a supporting role with R&D Chemists to accomplish project-related tasks and report directly to the Technical Director.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Supporting Chemists on projects
Accurate and reliable lab batch manufacturing: water and solvent-based
Testing and application of coatings
Ability to learn color matching
Ability to organize testing data to present information to team
Requirements:
Preferred BS in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
Paint experience preferred but not required
Product manufacturing, application and testing can involve physical activity. Prefer ability to lift 50lbs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and organized
