The Global Patriot Sustainment Team has an opening for an early in career US R&R (Repair & Return) Lead Analyst, reporting directly to the Sustainment Program Finance Lead. You will serve as the lead for all active US R&R contracts. You will be a strategic business partner to the program functional teams; responsible for financial reporting, EAC development, and providing insightful analysis to program and finance stakeholders. You will work with multiple customers and contract types and interact with various levels of management.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work and the program team(s) reside in Andover, MA or Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, billing, forecasting, program metrics, program review and gate reviews
Preparation/Presentation of EACs
Interaction with program team, project leads, billing and functions throughout LADS
Creation of financial deliverables
CDRL creation in support of contractual requirements
Funding and de-obligation analysis
AOP, LRP, and weekly sales forecasting
Support proposal activities as necessary
Ad hoc investigation, analysis and reporting
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field & 2 years of relevant financial work experience
Experience with SAP or a similar business system
Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Ability to clearly present and articulate program financial information to leadership
Good organizational skills and energetic self-starter
Experience with RPLAN
Experience providing financial support to a Program
Experience with government contracts

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
