THE ROLE

Work closely with the Director of Premium Services, General Manager, and the Asset Owner (Angels) to maximize in-seat sales through service training, product offering and execution of daily operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure proper staffing ratios of servers and runners contingent upon opponent, attendance, day of week and time of game.

  • Ability to explain and answer questions about menu items, specials, company policies, procedures, and operations in detail.

  • Work closely with the culinary team to establish par levels for food production for each in-seat pantry.

  • Responsible for the inventory of equipment, smallwares, disposables, and beverages.

  • Assess revenue for products offered and continually menu engineer to optimize sales while taking into consideration logistics.

  • Administer staff meetings prior to events to inform staff about event particulars and expectations.

  • Hold all staff accountable in abidance to all company policies.

  • Oversee general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned to adhere to health standards.

  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

  • Keeps Director of Premium Services and General Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues (i.e., problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.

  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Premium Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-4 years management experience preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.

  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to think on your feet and under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail.

  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    COMPENSATION

$64,480 - $70,000
