Control Air Conditioning Corporation Controls Technician in Anaheim, California
Control Air Enterprises is looking for an experienced Controls Technicians to join our Air Conditioning Controls Systems (ACCS) division at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. Qualified applicants should have field experience in basic HVAC, Electrical, and DDC system start-up.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Software programming and controls system set-up.
Writing and developing graphics programs for new and retrofit projects.
Start-up and check-up in field on projects.
Coordinate with other trades in the field during commissioning.
Diligent follow-ups with the project manager and trades in a documented fashion.
Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
Adequate knowledge of Tridium and integration to 3rd part systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Basis of evaluation:
Graphics done properly.
Customer training.
Work with Commissioning for project evaluation.
Timeliness and accuracy.
Proper documentation of all projects.
Continued customer satisfaction.
Other areas as determined by Management.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000 Salary
