DescriptionJob Summary The Field Office Manager is responsible for supporting the project team in all aspects of field Accounting and Shared Service functions including payroll, billing, and various office support. The successful candidate must be able to work well under deadlines and maintain confidentiality at all times. This position is scheduled to begin on January 27, 2025, and will work until on or around March 15, 2025 (approximately 7 weeks). Essential Functions Actively support the Company's commitment to safety and its "Core Values." Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics." Perform daily data entry of accurate payroll and billing information into the company and client job cost and accounting software. Understand and meet all client cost reporting requirements and deadlines. Respond timely to all payment allocations and payment status updates. Maintain complete payroll and billing records and assist in related financial audits. Prepare control documents for use in reconciling data entry to original source documents for payroll, payable and receivable transactions and per client systems and requirements. Monitor various credential expiration dates for onsite employees and communicate the need to renew prior to expiration. Coordinate employee paperwork and approvals with management and HR. Distribute payroll checks and respond to any related questions or issues timely. Maintain jobsite PO log and associated paperwork to ensure timely payment of invoices. Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma plus two years of payroll & billing experience or equivalent. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to type 50-60 WPM and 10 key proficient. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and TRACK. Valid driver's license required and ability to work at project site. Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client / Site specific training. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active status within required drug testing program. Must pass background check. TWIC card required. Washington law requires pay information in job postings. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is shown below. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
