Core Clinical Partners is seeking dedicated Board-certified Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team, providing exceptional Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care services in Amsterdam, NY—just a short 30-minute drive from Albany. Compensation:
$132,000 - $150,000
Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the qualifications and expertise of the successful candidate.
Requirements:
Board certification or eligibility as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a plus.
Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care settings.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care settings, addressing a wide range of acute medical needs.
Collaborate with Physicians: Work closely with physicians in a 24-hour coverage model to ensure seamless and efficient patient care delivery.
Utilize EMR Systems: Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes using the Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Flexibility in Rotations: Rotate across multiple Urgent Care locations, including Amsterdam, Gloversville, and St. Johnsville, providing consistent and patient-focused care.
Focus on Quality and Patient-Centered Care: Maintain a compassionate approach to care that prioritizes patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical excellence.
Support Continuity of Care: Facilitate communication and coordination among the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and streamline transitions of care.
Adapt to Varied Clinical Scenarios: Handle a diverse range of cases, including pediatrics, occupational health, and minor trauma, with confidence and competence.
Promote a Positive Work Environment: Engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
