Job Requisition: REQ2712 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Hiring range: $24.35-$32.57
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Monitors program plans, schedules and budgets.
Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
Coordinates, organizes and supports program promotions to targeted audience.
Documents and tracks program progress compared to goals.
Coordinates and prepares reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders.
Coordinates and/or leads program tasks as assigned.
Education: • Master's degree with 2 years prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
