The function of our marketing organization, including people, process, and technology, that enables the marketing team to operate efficiently and to scale with quality and consistency, globally.
It serves as the backbone of our global marketing team, delivering planning, governance and support functions to allow core marketing functions to focus on delivering value.
The centralized content management and creation function of our brand’s global marketing hub. The team that enables the creation & delivery of meaningful, engaging and innovative content that connects with our consumer, efficiently and consistently, to scale, globally.
It focuses on end-to-end marketing operations - from planning and budgeting to production & execution. The Global Marketing Management team increases efficiency and drives results.

The Systems Manager is the spider in the web of all marketing digital platforms. Assessing departmental needs, aligning existing platforms, implementing and maintaining up-to-date best practice technologies across the department to streamline the marketing process from beginning to end.
This position requires an in-depth knowledge of marketing best practice combined with tech literacy and a keen enthusiasm for new ideas and process. An ability to see quick gain solutions in tandem with larger long-term results on an organisational level.
Combining data-based facts, individual team needs and creative thinking to provide a transparent user-friendly digital process to the marketing team.
A key partner for all teams within the marketing organization, communication and effective methodologies for capturing feedback and tracking and analysing results is essential.
Importantly, the marketing representative to the IT department and is trusted to not only consider marketing initiatives but be collaborative on companywide systems implementations (and speak their language).
The ongoing end goal being to keep the marketing department focused and operating efficiently, within budget and on time – all the time.

Governance and accountability for core project management systems, end-to-end process. Including implementation, roll-out,onboarding, up-grading/scaling and ongoing integrations
Go-to person for ongoing IT developments within the department.
Drive IT solutions for the department including scoping, stakeholder management and budgets
Optimizing workflow and departmental wide processes and calendars for increased efficiency matching key business priorities set by management
Adding speed and transparency to all projects
Researching technologies both internally and externally and evaluating where efficiencies can be gained
Server and Cloud governance in cooperation with IT department
Measuring, evaluating and continuously improving aspects of workflow to maximize progress performance
Evolve department for next generation marketing aligned with business objectives
Full emersion in marketing process to implement change ahead of the game.
The Ideal Candidate:
7+ years IT/agency project management experience at a global/international level (fashion cycle knowledge a bonus)
University degree or similar in marketing, creative, communications, business studies or significant equivalent work experience
Creates and maintains lasting relationships both within the company and with external vendors/developers
Open and accountable. Keeper of un-impeachable records
Process driven – able to work through any situation
Speaks and understands IT both in acronyms and long form; communicating fluently with developers whilst being able to translate back to users
Puts the user experience first
