What You’ll Do
Achieve Technology Cloud sales against the revenue target
Maintain understanding of the given territory in Germany and Oracles value propositions for these territories
Develop pipeline and continuously mature & qualify opportunities in order to increase Oracle’s market share in Germany and to be enable achievement of sales target
Ensure use of planning / reporting tools in a quality & timely manner
Manage a sales team of 8 Account Managers, providing direction, leadership and motivation based in Amsterdam
Develop excellent customer relations, act as Oracle’s ambassador when meeting the client’s executives, nourish resilient relationships into the market
Set objectives and review the performance of individuals and take action to ensure targets are met & recruit/induct new team members as required
Monitor and review individuals plans, forecasts and sales activities and ensure corrective action is taken as necessary
Identify and exploit marketing activities and campaigns that support achievement of targets
Engage with relevant Oracle Partners as appropriate

The leader will possess experience in leading teams, as a FLM in the IT Sector
She/he should have consistently delivered on business outcomes
Should have demonstrated, from the past, complex solution selling engagements with clients
Results oriented – executes for the week without losing sight of the future
Possesses strong client partnering skills. Has the demonstrated experience of engaging right at C-level to deliver break-through insights to clients
Leads by example
Is able to guide and lead their team during times of uncertainty
Understands Oracle’s cloud value proposition; competitive landscape; and the partner ecosystem. Has a flair for technology, is abreast with all the latest happenings in the Cloud market, and spends time to skill and certify themselves
Instils trust and credibility with all stakeholders – clients, leadership, colleagues, team
Believes that when Oracle engages as one company then Oracle is formidable
Are able to integrate the whole of Oracle to deliver signature outcomes for the clients
Help their team to be ultra-efficient by de-bottlenecking processes and procedures

Responsibilities
Manages a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives for a territory in Germany. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Develops working relationships with license, consulting, education, and/or support field managers to develop joint account plans.
