About THE ROLE

PVH Wholesale is a major player and contributor to the success of the Region North business. Our premium, fast paced and digitally advanced wholesale environment is like no other offering an engaging client experience as well as an epic place to work!

The Sales Manager plays a true leadership role, responsible for co-formulating, owning, implementing and driving the strategy for sales in their division.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support, coach and develop the divisional sales team to deliver both the business targets and individuals objectives

  • Work closely with the Sales Director in driving divisional sales initiatives across individual channel

  • Lead and execute the implementation of the Netherlands divisional wholesale strategy in line with the PVH vision and in close collaboration with the Business Development team

  • Deliver steady and accelerated growth across existing wholesale customers

  • Establish and execute a comprehensive divisional wholesale roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and our growth plans

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for division

  • Establish relationships with the Amsterdam Head Office team to ensure market needs are met in order to drive and deliver growth plans. Translate market, knowledge, trends and analysis across Netherlands multi-channel to advance PVH divisional product development at design and merchandise level

  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers

  • Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimise the divisional shipping targets and order books

  • Focus on brands and category performance from a sell out as well as sell in perspective to create growth opportunities for immediate revenue and long term opportunities

  • Provide strategic leadership, being the voice of the wholesale customer, with regard to assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store and online

  • Analyse and communicate the weekly and monthly reporting of results and developments across the business

  • Ownership of Divisional Order Books, P&L, and reporting structure

  • Demonstrate intimate understanding of our products, vision, and business; Be able to help anyone understand any aspect of the company

  • Keep up to date with market knowledge of competitors, product and pricing structures as well as execution and local market activity

  • Accountable for sample management, loss and recovery

  • Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer related initiatives, successful Shop In Shop projects and the representation of the brand across all areas of distribution

  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives

About YOU

  • You'll have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience.

  • You'll have a proven track record of leading and developing teams , displaying the ability to Inspire Trust and Cultivate Belonging .

  • You'll ideally have Omni-channel experience, coupled with a knowledge of the Digital Fashion landscape

  • You'll Take Ownership , having a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.

  • You’ll Collaborate to Win , having strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.

  • You’ll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.

  • You will work well with change, being able to Adapt Fast and work with pace.

  • You'll have an immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major accounts and market needs and Stay Curious about the ever changing market landscape

  • You'll have excellent negotiation skills, Make Informed Decisions always backing yourself with data and insights.

  • You’ll have a full Clean Driving License.
