As Sales Education Lead , you will be part of Stryker's Instruments Sales Education team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and innovative educational programs to support Stryker's sales and marketing teams in the safe and effective use of our Maxillofacial and ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) products. You will play a pivotal role in driving product knowledge, clinical proficiency and professional development.

This role can be based in any of our European locations - we offer workplace flexibility with a hybrid work model.

What you will do:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about the Maxillofacial and ENT product portfolio.

  • You will develop and execute educational plans in line with brand strategy to support the sales teams achieve quota and market expansion goals.

  • You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and webinars for internal stakeholders.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical research, marketing communications and medical education, to ensure alignment of educational activities with business objectives and product launches.

  • You will collaborate with sales leaders in Europe to reinforce training concepts, recognize and address any knowledge gaps.

  • You will create high quality educational materials such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, etc.

  • You will provide ongoing support to sales and marketing professionals by developing an education pathway for recertification and further professional development.

  • You will drive collaboration and provide education for the Instruments sales professionals to leverage the use ENT and Maxillofacial products cross-divisionally.

  • You will stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and clinical advancements to continually enhance educational content and programs.

  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through performance metrics, feedback surveys and assessments to make data-driven improvements.

  • Travel percentage: 30%.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 4+ years of work experience, of which a minimum of 2 years is in fields such as: training, education, medical device sales or marketing, or other relevant areas.

  • Experience in industries such as MedTech, BioTech or within the ENT & Maxillofacial fields is not mandatory - but it is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse and multilingual audiences.

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful educational programs and materials.

  • Demonstrated ability with experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in another European language would be a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
