We are currently recruiting for an Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management Internship for our Finance Division in Amsterdam (4-7 months, minimum 4 days per week)

The MBE subsidiary based in the Netherlands is a network of branches (Germany Branch (Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich), Spain Branch (Madrid, Barcelona), Belgium Branch (Brussels), Austria Branch (Vienna)), managed from Amsterdam.

The role includes the following:

  • Assist the Project Management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines

  • Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations for project proposals, status reports, and stakeholder meetings

  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to assist in project documentation and management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment

  • Support in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation

  • Participate in project meetings, taking detailed notes and actions for follow-up

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for the team

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

  • This position is an internship intend as part of (and at the end of) a Bachelor or Academic study in Finance (or another relevant study)

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing is a must

  • Interpersonal and networking skills
