Retail Store Development (RSD) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) teams are part of the Omnichannel Department which services the design and implementation of new stores, and refits of existing stores and SIS across Western and Eastern Europe as well as Middle East and Africa, for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
The Store development team is on an exciting journey to implement most advanced digital technology creating a state of the art retail environment for a 360-degree consumer experience. Sustainable design and execution becomes integral in the way stores are developed.
The Junior Specialist - Store Development Purchasing will be responsible for supporting the retail store development (RSD) and shop-in-shop (SIS) teams in all administrative aspects of purchasing in the store opening process. This requires both strong data entry, analytic and vendor management skills. You will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of orders.
Create CAPEX project related purchase orders and Stock Transfer Orders in departmental purchasing system (SAP Based User Interface).
Create cost center Purchase Orders
Ensure effective communication between RSD/SIS teams, vendors, and internal departments regarding overall purchasing process and order changes.
Request setup of new vendors and/or extension of existing vendors in SAP.
Work closely with the supply chain team and external 3PL warehouse to ensure stock items are available for Stock Transfer Orders.
Handle queries regarding the invoicing process.
Provide support on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required for the overall purchasing process
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in Order Administration, Purchase Order Management
Very good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a busy environment
Attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
1-2 years’ experience
Strong knowledge of SAP/order systems
Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
Additional language skills
