What are my responsibilities?

As the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the administration and regulatory compliance of the Loss Prevention department at our hotel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our property, guests, and staff by monitoring for suspicious activities and preventing unwanted behavior. This includes collaborating with Police Officers and security personnel, conducting fire life safety inspections, and supporting Housekeeping, Engineering, and Concierge teams as needed.

You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine.

To be eligible for this position you:

• have experience in an international hospitality chain;

• have 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, security or related professional area or have 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major and 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, security or related professional area.

• are flexible in working hours and days, able to work night shifts;

• Can speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
