We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with programming experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC lathe machine operations and be capable of writing, modifying, and troubleshooting CNC programs to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and precision in production. The machinist will work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of parts and projects.
salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and program CNC lathe machines for the manufacturing of precision parts
Create and modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software
Perform machine adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and product quality
Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure they are operating efficiently
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
