This position will be remote within the United States, with a preference to candidates located in Utah.

A Product Manager at Henry Schein One's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for dental practices across the USA. You'll take part in every type of product work here - from strategy to product to process improvements - conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on the Henry Schein One product portfolio. The efforts you drive will have a significant impact on a variety of our customer segments.
We will consider candidates at a Product Manager and Sr Product Manager level.
What You Will Do * Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to solve complex problems for our customers through comprehensive customer research and interviews. * Create strategies and roadmaps based on data to inform the product and platform investments we need to make to take our products to the next level * Prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers * Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life - engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support, and more * Communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment * Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities * Share knowledge and mentor others Travel/Physical Demands * Travel typically less than 10% * Office environment with no special physical demands required Qualifications
What You Will Have * 2+ years design and delivering B2B software products in a product management role and 5+ years to be considered for a Sr Product Manager level * Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch software product offerings designed to create a great customer experience and drive meaningful results * Deeply curious and data-driven; develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer * Customer obsessed mindset: you're constantly thinking about how to solve customer pain points and enjoy engaging with users to validate we are building what they need * Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones with a lean-experiment-oriented perspective * Excel in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization, effectively working across business units to deliver on complex projects * Effective in communicating progress to executives and senior leadership in terms of outcomes achieved and impact delivered * Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve Nice to Haves * Experience in legacy, enterprise desktop software * Prior experience in practice management or healthcare software The posted range for this position is$70,000 - $130,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
