Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be…

  • Support the Sales Contract Migration Project into new ERP System (SAP). Loading contracts, linkages to install base, instruments and service contracts. Master Data cleansing and User Acceptance Testing on Contracts;

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other teams to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms to ensure accurate and complete preparation of the contract;

  • Provide support and guidance to the Contract Admin Team regarding the new ERP mindset;

  • Deliver the tasks associated with the department which includes internal contract management, maintenance of customer pricing, generating new quotations, monthly invoicing, and the resolution of customer price queries;

  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process, including digitalization.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;

  • Strong understanding of contract management principles;

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, e.g. SAP;

  • Strong experience and knowledge of Excel for managing large data analysis;

  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize workload and delegate;

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • Work in a team environment;

  • Fluent writing and speaking English;

  • Previous Contract Administration experience.
