We are looking for a Compliance and Financial Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Management and controlling of legal entity and affiliated company comprising one or more profit-cost center.

  • Management of Finance, Accounting and Tax procedures for consolidation purposes.

  • Compliance assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies.

  • Export Control assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies including relation with public authorities.

  • Elaboration of forecasting / collaboration in drawing up the plan and closing activities (monthly, quarterly and annual).

  • Monitoring of financial performance.

  • Asset management coordination / reporting.

  • Digitalization of business processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Experience in Compliance management

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • We value communicating, analyzing, learning, teamwork and customer orientation skills.

  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.

  • Flexibility to travel.

  • Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.

  • Experience in Export Control Management
