Ascend Performance Materials Mechanical Maintenance (Mechanic) Technician in Alvin, Texas
Adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures Execution of mechanical maintenance including corrective, preventive, and predictive activities Identify, procurement, and utilization of proper repair materials and spare parts Perform root cause failure analysis to confirm the failure mechanism and prevent a recurrence Utilization of SAP and related systems including feedback as appropriate Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions individually or in partnership with processors Collaborate with reliability SMEs to design and implement solutions to extend equipment life Actively engage in continuous improvement activities that result in improved performance Communicate and maintain procedures, policies, plant direction/results, and programs Ensure that training materials, procedures, and records are maintained Ensure that the MOC process is followed Provide clear communication with management and operations team for all jobs Provide Mark up and feedback on master documents Any other job duties designated by management Must have NCCER+ or equivalent certification, or be able to obtain it within 12-18 months
