Junior Estimator
The Junior Estimator will perform takeoffs, obtain material and subcontractor quotes, and complete estimates, under the supervision of other experienced estimators.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Perform takeoffs of construction plans.
Obtain material and subcontractor quotes for various vendors.
Maintain records for estimates on a share point platform.
Finalize and complete estimates under the supervision of other experienced estimators.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have strong computer skills including MS Office, Adobe, and Outlook.
Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to be resourceful and solve issues.
Must be willing to learn, grow, and take direction.
Education & Experience
- 1+ year of most recent experience in a similar role preferred.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Driver's License preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
