PS Lifestyle Salon Area Leader- Multi Unit in Alpharetta, Georgia
PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons within Senior Communities!

Managing multiple full-service salons in this area
Full-time, up to 28 hours a week.
Eligible for benefits| 401K/medical/dental/vision/accident/critical and illness
50% Service commission - 2 days behind the chair
Guaranteed hourly wage (for managerial duties) up to 16 hours per week.
15% retail commission-with no quota requirements

Position Requirements:
MUST HAVE: Valid state Cosmetology license, reliable transportation.
Required to do Cosmetology Services behind the chair minimum of 2 days a week.
Retail Sales experience required.
Required to do basic manicures and pedicures.
Basic email and computer navigation skills required.
Experience in a care giving environment (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Assist management by performing regular visits to area salons, managing the Beauty Professionals’ schedules, performances, skill levels, inventory and supply management and overall salon organization and operational performance.
Work behind the chair as assigned in the District at the total discretion of the Regional Leader in order to meet the needs of the business, cover any last-minute call offs either by covering with an available stylist or personally.
Assist management with the recruiting, hiring and training processes for new employee candidates.
Assist management with all new salon roll-outs within the area as needed and as assigned. This includes recruiting and casting new employees to staff a new salon operation.
Perform other duties as they arise, including but not limited to traveling outside the area for business or other professional matters.
