Insight Global Operations Project Manager in Alpharetta, Georgia

Job Description

To refine this PM position description, we would like to suggest a candidate with a support service background i.e., an Operations Support type of project manager. This resource is a crucial link between

the Support, Professional Services, and Technology teams, requiring patience, effective communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive to learn the Firco

Insight product and its many moving parts is important. Taking ownership and driving all activities related to customer deployment, incoming issues for technology resolution, and vulnerabilities remediation. This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert FTE. This person must sit in Alpharetta, GA or willing to travel onsite once a month. The salary range for this role is $55-$71/hr.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of Project Management / Operations Service Management experience.

5+ years' experience working with Agile -- Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS.

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Project Management Professional certification

Jira and confluence

Experience in Operations support, Service orientated and SCRUM master experience preferred

Experience working with Managed service and client deployments null
