Robert Half Billing Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia. The role is centered around customer account management, credit processing, and data accuracy within a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with different teams and customers, ensuring the smooth running of billing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Manage account-based tasks in collaboration with peers on various projects and strategies.

• Regularly communicate with National Account customers regarding outstanding invoices.

• Consolidate reporting received from regional leaders to facilitate the creation of customer invoices.

• Maintain constant contact with Regional Franchise Developers and National Account Customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Address and resolve any inaccurate data or missing information through field phone calls and inquiries.

• Operate within payment portals to ensure prompt submission and receipt of invoices by the customer.

• Lead customer meetings to resolve issues and determine billing processes for national account customers.

• Provide relevant information for addressing customer invoicing inquiries that arise from the Sales and/or Operations teams.

• Ensure all billing activity data is clear and reliable.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and basic Accounting Software for efficient task completion. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Demonstrated understanding of Accounting Functions and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Auditing and Billing Functions

• Proficiency in NetSuite software

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to analyze financial records and transfer data

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet billing deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills
