ManpowerGroup Assembly Technician in Alpharetta, Georgia
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking Assembly Technicians to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of propulsion solutions for the North America Rail Market. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Range: $18.78 - $23.48 per hour
What's the Job?
Operate production equipment and assemble components according to drawings and guidelines to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met
Inspect and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers
Align, fit, or assemble component parts, using hand or power tools, fixtures, templates, or microscopes
What's Needed?
HS diploma or equivalent
Extensive experience with electromechanical assembly
Extensive wiring experience
Direct assembly experience reading and interpreting schematic drawings
Ability to physically lift 35 pounds
