Systems Administrator I

We're searching for a full time Systems Administrator I who will play a crucial role in maintaining our core systems and providing outstanding IT support. Key Responsibilities:
Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.
Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.
Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.
Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Network Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
