Sales Representative

ConveyX Corp. is seeking applicants for a Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for sales transactions and will seek to provide customers with product/service information, answer questions and meet customer needs. Team member will be required to quickly become familiar with ConveyX products and services and the material handling industry. Must be comfortable and experienced making phone calls, engaging with customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships. Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint is preferred. Internal applicants should have experience with the CXC Gem Tools. External applicants should be able to quickly learn new software and must be detail oriented and possess organization skills. A minimum of one year of relative, successful experience is preferred. New hires in this role will be expected to hit the ground running, learning quickly and adding value immediately. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and track quotes, orders and sales transactions
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and email interactions
  • Communication directly with customers
  • Generate sales leads and new opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and ensure they are met or exceeded to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information both internally and externally
  • Ensure timely response to customers
  • Data entry
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, accounts and documents

Requirements:

  • Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, creative, and possess superior communication, organizational and skills
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
