TEKsystems Inbound Customer Service Rep - Hybrid in Aloha, Oregon
A Nationally based Freight Exchange Services company is interested in hiring a Customer Service Representative for Business to Business calls. This position will be hybrid based out of their Beaverton, OR office. If you have previous call center customer service experience, submit an application, and a recruiter will reach out!
Description:
Inbound customer service team. Team for Business to Business Calls. This is not like calling General public these are business calls.
What You’ll Do In The Role:
Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments.
Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner.
Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current.
Investigate billing related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center is strongly preferred.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce preferred. Intermediate skills working with other CRM will also be considered.
Intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems and procedures is strongly preferred.
