How Will You make an Impact?:

Reporting to the Director Client Services, Switzerland/Germany, you are leading and developing Client Services Packaging Project Management organization to deliver an outstanding customer experience from the Basel site in Switzerland for the Clinical Trials Division!

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible to meet client requirements in terms of quality, compliance and delivery times to achieve and exceed business plan.

  • You collaborate with key partners to transform the department to enable profitable growth, improve quality and customer experience, and increase employee engagement!

  • You will enable the introduction of groundbreaking working practices and innovative, value adding technologies.

  • Delivery of these objectives will be achieved through your leadership, the mentoring and development of the entire team.

  • Success in this role will be validated through increased customer satisfaction, Hands-on, on time and in full project delivery. You will support our growth & profitability targets and improve our supply chain performance for our customers, our employees and ultimately the patients we serve.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in distribution project management or a related field.

  • Validated expertise of at least 8 years in distribution management, emphasizing process improvement and effective decision-making.

  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to leading and develop teams that consistently achieve outstanding results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of making data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of forming effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.

  • Strong drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strict adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to meet customer and department requirements.

  • Proficient in English and German.
