Job Description
The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a three (3) month experience crafted to accelerate the careers of high potential college graduates and prepare them for immediate territory management within the organization. These next-gen leaders will have a background in science, demonstrate a passion for sales, and are willing to relocate anywhere within the United States upon completion of the program.

Candidates will be part of a cohort, anticipated to start in Spring of 2025.
Upon completion, you will work with the program manager to find permanent placement to transition into a full-time role within the US – per the needs of the business – so geographic flexibility is required.
What to expect:
Commercial and product training with real-world experiences
Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter experts
Partner with dedicated leaders and mentors
Networking and exposure to commercial leaders
Customer account responsibility and ownership
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed / completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences / STEM-related field between June 2021-June 2024
0+ years of work experience required; relative internship or co-op experience helpful
Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Confirmed learning agility
Shown leadership ability
Geographic flexibility required
