Community Services for Children (CSC) is seeking a self-motivated individual for a rewarding career as an Innovation Lab Coach to Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate innovation lab environment within the context of the agency mission and philosophy.  We are a large, well-established, high performing organization located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley. Work Environment: A $500 monetary incentive will be paid to newly employed Community Services for Children staff members. The $500 payout will be paid upon successful completion of probation. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement digital media educational literacy to support the mental health and developmental needs of each enrolled child
• Comply with all innovation lab programming regulations, accreditation standards, and child development principles
• Provide a positive learning environment to guide children in developing self-regulation behaviors
• Provide technology and software support to education staff within the preschool environment
• Problem-solve operational issues in conjunction with IT staff to maintain the innovation lab capabilities
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Early Childhood Education or related field
• Three years' experience with pre-school children
• Two years' experience with information technology
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
• English/Spanish bi-lingual a plus
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. in order to assist children as needed and to move equipment and materials
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals of varying economic, educational and cultural backgrounds
