Lehigh Valley Health Network Hematology Medical Oncology Physician Assistant in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Reference #: ic-2023-1304 Position Overview Cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute are always evolving. Across our health network, you'll have access to advanced medical techniques and technologies and the latest clinical trials through our membership in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance. In this position you will work at the flagship location for Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute, the John and Dorothy Morgan Cancer Center, located at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Our cancer center provides a full range of cancer screening diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and continuing care services. In this role, you can expect: Inpatient only care for hematology oncology patients Evening Shift 7 PM - 7 AM, 3 nights on, 6 nights off Individualized onboarding period for training during day shift The Cancer Institute values collaboration among our clinicians, including our multidisciplinary care team. The teams include specialties such as surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology, all working together to address the complexities that come with a cancer diagnosis. When that diagnosis requires a deeper look, our second opinion service connects our patients with doctors who specialize in personalized cancer care.
