Community Services For Children ELRC Rapid Response Team (RRT) Coordinator in ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania

Community Services for Children is Seeking individual with strong leadership skills for a rewarding career as an ELRC Rapid Response Team (RTT) Coordinator to provide supportive, administrative, and coordination services for all activities that arise from the Rapid Response Team (RRT) grant and other ELRC programming.  This position is responsible for coordination of all RRT activities in ELRC Region 13 in addition to supporting administrative tasks for the RRT and other programming in CSC's ELRC regions. CSC is a large, well-established, high performing organization and a leader in early childhood education.  Selected as a 2015, 2017, 2020, and 2021 Top Workplace.

Work Environment: A $1,000 monetary incentive will be paid to newly employed Community Services for Children staff members.  The $1,000 payout will be paid upon successful completion of probation.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary contact for RRT questions and referrals in ELRC Region 13
  • Conduct telephone or in-person interviews to gather necessary referral information from child care provider as well as parent/caretaker, including written consent for program participation
  • Coordinate assignment of contracted program observer and quality coach based on availability and best fit for the identified referral
  • Gather reports from the observer and quality coach and integrate them with referral information to begin the development of the RRT plan
  • Coordinate the RRT multi-disciplinary team response, including reaching out to relevant partners and parent/caretakers for their participation in a team meeting and establishing logistics for the meeting (reserving space, creating TEAMS invite, etc.)
  • Complete timely and accurate invoicing and requisitions for payment of RRT observers in all ELRC regions
  • Coordinate and monitor the certification referral process across all regions, in partnership with regional staff and professional development consultants
  • Complete administrative tasks in support of the ELRCs as assigned
  • Maintain inventory and distribute outreach materials and supplies, including updating websites and printed materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a case management or early childhood setting
  • Professional interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Expertise in computer management systems such as Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.   Ability to learn new systems as needed
  • Organizational/data management, recording, and reporting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and use of car
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
