Assistant Office Manager
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience and skillset)
Location : 542 Kemmerer Lane, Allentown, PA 18104
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Business : Trimble, and Spectra Precision Dealer

Key qualifications :
At least two years of previous experience in office management or office administration
Proficient with using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and ability to learn other systems as needed
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Skills: time management, attention to detail, problem solving, team player
Experience with most of if not all the following: invoicing, processing payments, check deposits, inventory management, general ledger reports, file maintenance, customer service
SITECH Metro Northeast is part of the worldwide SITECH distribution network, which offers Trimble product and service solutions with construction technology, customized training, data solutions, installation, service, and technical support. These include 2D and 3D grade-control, paving control, site positioning, compact machine solutions, construction asset management, as well as supporting infrastructure and data prep solutions.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Office Manager is responsible for the following tasks:
Effective tracking and processing of rental, sales, and service transactions
Assist with invoicing of all rentals, sales, and service transactions
Assist with processing of all credit card transactions
Facilitate processing for all leasing opportunities
Provide signature documentation and paperwork during yearly inventory audit research
Assist with processing subscriptions with Trimble
Effective administrative support of Rental and Service departments
Assist with verifications of Rental and Installation general ledger detail report spreadsheets
Accurately maintain office files
Reconcile, Record and Report Service History
Effective delivery of all other administrative support
Collaborate with H.O. Penn Accounting Department to provide transactional data
Process check deposits
Assist General Manager to establish and enforce office policies and procedures for the company
Track and order office supplies as needed
Effective representation of SITECH and successful back-up for all areas of the organization
Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers, vendors and all key stakeholders
Assist and backup other roles of the operation when needed
Greet customers in a positive, professional manner
Work in a proactive/safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies and training
Qualifications:
