Robert Half Application Support Engineer in Allentown, Pennsylvania
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Engineer in the Healthcare/NHS industry in ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania. The role involves working with application and project management teams, implementing interfaces, and providing support to our operations team.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with application and project management teams to understand the requirements for interface projects.
• Code, test, and troubleshoot interfaces as part of the implementation process.
• Keep the operations team updated with relevant support information.
• Handle production-related issues with Interfaces, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
• Participate in on-call rotations to address any downtime or upgrade tasks.
• Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Firewall Technologies.
• Maintain computer hardware and ensure configuration management is up-to-date.
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is a must.
• Knowledge of Firewall Technologies is crucial.
• Experience with Active Directory is required.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is vital.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential.
• Experience with Configuration Management is necessary.
