    Marketing Manager Job Description

    The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to develop an annual marketing plan

  • Execute marketing plan throughout the year

  • Collect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposes

  • Maintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accounts

  • Analyze return on investment and compare sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine most efficient marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with and oversee our 3rd party digital marketing vendor

  • Design and manage email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaigns

  • Creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materials

  • Oversight of new website design

  • Research competition to stay current on industry products and services

  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers

  • Maintain a positive brand image to the community

  • Assess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategies

  • Assist in recruiting efforts as needed

    Marketing Manager Job Requirements

    The Marketing Manager should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:

  • Positive attitude

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role OR bachelor’s degree in marketing (or a related field of study) with minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role

  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and SEO

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design software

  • Time management and highly organized to meet deadlines and accomplish company goals

  • Exceptional follow-through capability

  • Innovative and creative
