Marketing Manager Job Description
The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate closely with leadership to develop an annual marketing plan
Execute marketing plan throughout the year
Collect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposes
Maintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accounts
Analyze return on investment and compare sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine most efficient marketing campaigns
Collaborate with and oversee our 3rd party digital marketing vendor
Design and manage email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaigns
Creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materials
Oversight of new website design
Research competition to stay current on industry products and services
Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers
Maintain a positive brand image to the community
Assess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategies
Assist in recruiting efforts as needed
Marketing Manager Job Requirements
The Marketing Manager should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:
Positive attitude
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role OR bachelor’s degree in marketing (or a related field of study) with minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and SEO
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design software
Time management and highly organized to meet deadlines and accomplish company goals
