Job Overview:

The Director of Revenue Operations will report to the GM of Experian Marketing Services and will oversee and increase the revenue-generating processes within the organization. This role is critical, in partnership with finance, in supporting the sales teams in driving predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will have a background in revenue operations, data analysis, and process optimization. You will be remote-friendly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the revenue operations strategy according to our overall goals.

  • Design and implement scalable processes to improve sales operations.

  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to monitor all key performance indicators against monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

  • Develop dashboards and reports inclusive of applicable insights; create action plans.

  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle to improve efficiency.

  • Assess and refine lead management and pipeline generation processes.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems.

  • Ensure use of tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

  • Lead the integration of new technologies and systems to enhance revenue operations capabilities.

  • Liaison between revenue-generating teams and finance.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis on product usage, pricing, contract terms to identify opportunities to simplify.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis on competitive market and vertical/client needs

  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree.

  • You have 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with experience driving revenue growth. Experience in ad-tech preferred.

  • Management skills, with experience leading teams.

  • Expertise in revenue operations processes and technologies (e.g., SFDC, CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) is required, along with analytical skills.

  • Experience establishing, implementing, tracking and reporting on sales KPIs and success metrics

  • Experience influencing and collaborating at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.

  • A high level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
