Insight Global Desktop Support Specialist in Allen, Texas
Job Description
A software client of Insight Global is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Allen, TX. This ideal candidate will have a passion and willingness to learn IT and will be working on corporate desktop support, primarily hardware. This candidate will be working out of a ticketing queue and will also be interacting with stakeholders and C-Suite Executives helping troubleshoot internal systems.

Skills and Requirements
-Entry level to mid level experience with PC hardware, replacing hard drives, and RAM
-Experience working out of a ticketing queue
-Experience with troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11
-Experience with Active Directory null
